Medicare

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and psychology referral letter from their GP are eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10 eligible individual psychological treatment sessions per calendar year, subject to Medicare requirements.

• Appointment fee: $270 (50-60 min session)

• Medicare rebate: $149.05

• Out-of-pocket cost: $120.95 per session

Private Appointments

• Appointment fee: $270 (50-60 min session)

• Please check with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible for rebates under ‘Extras’. If you are eligible for private health insurance rebates, please contact your private health fund directly to process your claim.

NDIS — Plan-Managed

• Appointment fee: $252.99 (50-60 min session)

• Invoices are sent directly to your plan manager for payment, subject to applicable NDIS requirements.

NDIS — Self-Managed

• Appointment fee: $270 (50-60 min session)

• Participants pay the invoice and may claim eligible expenses through their NDIS plan, subject to applicable NDIS requirements.

2. HOME VISITS

Home visits are available by arrangement, if appropriate. Please contact us to discuss home visit availability and confirm applicable travel fees before booking.

• Out-of-pocket cost: $135.65 per session, before travel fees

Private Appointments

• The rate for psychology provider travel time is $126.50 per hour. Different rates apply in remote and very remote areas. Please contact the practice to discuss your location and confirm the applicable fees before booking.

NDIS — Self-Managed

• Appointment fee: $310 (50-60 min session)

• Travel is charged at $22.50 per 10 minutes, based on your address. Please contact the practice to discuss your location and confirm the applicable fees before booking.

• Participants pay the invoice and may claim eligible expenses through their NDIS plan, subject to applicable NDIS requirements.

Starting from $1655

• These assessments are for individuals interested in exploring whether they may be Autistic, have ADHD, or both

• ADHD assessments are available for individuals across the lifespan

• Autism assessments are available to individuals aged 15 years and above

Assessments include:

• Initial clinical interview

• Completion of standardised questionnaires

• Information gathering from other sources (e.g., school, workplace, partner, etc)

• Observation session

• Collation and interpretation of all assessment information

• Report writing, including recommendations for education/workplace

• Feedback session

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking or the initial appointment. The remainder is due before your feedback session and the release of your report.
