    Medicare Rebates
    If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year of $149.05, resulting in an out of pocket cost per session of $120.95.

    NDIS
    NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed are welcome.

    Private Health
    Clients with private health insurance may have access to rebates for psychological treatment. Please check with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible for rebates under ‘Extras’. If you are eligible for rebates, please contact your private health fund directly to process them.

    • These assessments are for individuals interested in exploring whether they may be Autistic, have ADHD, or both

    • ADHD assessments are available for individuals across the lifespan

    • Autism assessments are available to individuals aged 15 years and above

    Assessments include:

    • Initial clinical interview

    • Completion of standardised questionnaires

    • Information gathering from other sources (e.g., school, workplace, partner, etc)

    • Observation session

    • Collation and interpretation of all assessment information

    • Report writing, including recommendations for education/workplace

    • Feedback session

    A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking or the initial appointment. The remainder is due before your feedback session and the release of your report.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost

  • Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost

Letters/Reports

  • Please allow two weeks’ notice for any requests for letters or reports

  • These are charged at an hourly rate of $270 and will be completed after payment is received
